Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before using our website or services.
Our services
AssignmentHelpKit provides academic support, including guidance, research assistance, editing, proofreading, formatting, tutoring, concept clarification and project guidance. Our services are intended to support your learning.
Quotes and orders
Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation. A quote is based on the information you provide (scope, complexity, word count, requirements and deadline). Work begins only after you confirm the quote and the agreed requirements. Payment can be made by UPI or bank transfer. For larger orders we may ask for part of the amount in advance and the balance before final delivery; this is agreed with you in the quote.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete requirements, including any marking criteria.
- Follow your institution's academic-integrity rules and use any material we provide appropriately.
- Do not submit our material as your own work where that is not permitted by your institution.
Deadlines
We agree a delivery time with you before starting. If requirements change after confirmation, the timeline and price may change. If we expect any delay we tell you as early as possible, and you can choose a new deadline or a refund for the part not delivered.
Revisions
Revisions are free until delivery, as long as the changes are within the original requirements you confirmed. New requirements or a changed brief are quoted separately.
Refunds and cancellations
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No guarantee of grades
Grades depend on many factors outside our control, including how material is used and your institution's assessment. We do not guarantee any particular grade or outcome.
Confidentiality
We keep your personal information and documents confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including academic outcomes or decisions made by your institution.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
